Benita Conde is the founder of Create Radical Love, a life coaching and consulting approach for people who want to radically love their whole life experience, not some of the compartmentalized parts. She also works with creative businesses, educational institutions and industry groups as a coach, consultant, workshop facilitator and speaker.
Benita is an advertising industry expert with 20 years of experience. She held leadership roles in resource management, project management, and recruiting and talent development at agencies.
She has been through the coaching process as a client and is 19 years sober. Her first professional role was that of classical ballet dancer in NYC. Benita is based in Richmond, Virginia.
